The aim of this unit is to offer students an opportunity to demonstrate the skills required for managing and implementing a project. They will undertake independent research and investigation for carrying out and executing a Construction and the Built Environment project which meets appropriate aims and objectives. The project brief has been set based on a theme and topics provided by Pearson. You will be required to explore and examine a relevant and current topical aspect of Ethics in Construction in the context of the Quantity Surveying industry.

You have been tasked with undertaking a project to review a recently completed building project (you may select a project you are acquainted with).
