Solution 1: Introduction
COVID 19 laid a major impact on global communities. It continued to affect health and led to economic catastrophe. Not only people were stressed regarding health concerns and increasing death rates but business sector (serving to the economy) was impacted largely. Government in countries like Russia, India, Europe and China had to undergo immediate and necessary physical separation measures, protocols and drive many businesses to implement telework on a wide scale. This resulted every sector (small or large) to accelerate the adoption of teleworking techniques even after the downturn from 2020 to 2021, these countries had shifted to work from home with a wide variety of consequences and unknown negative effects on the performance and other metrics. In HongKong, there is widespread telework that remained a permanent component serving the economy of China and its people. It has a strong future working environment that became popular due to its teleworking experiences during the COVID-19 crisis particularly in 2021.
In HongKong, prior to the crisis of COVID 19, the telecommunication sector altered the use of telework that varied significantly between many nations. Globally, there are industries, educational institutions, professions, who had to undergo the great opportunity of remote working and adherence to health care protocols that will contribute to the efficient working, dynamism and expansion of teleworking. However, the sector had to comply with increased teleworking services that was required potential improvement towards productivity and a variety of other economic and social indicators without affecting the protocols. The transformation was wider among employees. It is important for the sector to maintain the certain aspects like well-being, equal rights, data security, confidentiality, and regional equalities. The sector's overall impact on the people was ambiguous and poses risks, particularly for innovation and employee's satisfaction. These factors are studied using a secondary and primary research methods.

Complete a Literature Review (Secondary Research)
You need to know what the key literature is related to the research objective in order to plan a research study to explore the phenomenon. Conduct a literature review using a range of sources relating to the research topic. Evaluate the validity and reliability of the sources, discussing current understanding on the research topic area
Solution: Literature review
Major businesses in the telecommunication sector would have scoffed with the transformation in workplace(working from home) on a daily basis. This was a matter of debate a decade ago unlike the contemporary time where economy was not hit by the advanced technology and digital boom. The loss of productivity always remained a key concern without having any manager to address difficult or assess performance. The ideas behind productive and effective outcomes of an individual remained a question.
2.1 Past literary review
The role of telemarketing sector for making teleworking and communication more productive and reliable
Remote workers have a terrible image in the past particularly in telecommunication sector in Hong Kong. Many businesses were concerned that their employees would get easily sidetracked at home, where their supervisors could not handle, control and examine the performance. In Hong Kong, a decade ago, remote employment was extremely uncommon and was not favored at all (He et al. 2010). With the wide dependence of people and business in teleconferencing and telework technologies, have improved to the point that certain organizations can survive with totally remote staff (He et al. 2010). It was unusual for companies to enable their workers to work from home unlike the current time. The article surveyed 500 full-time employees, among these 50 working remotely across the China (Bentley, 2012). Managers found it difficult to examine on their work habits, responsibility and functions and productivity. But the findings relied on the employees working remotely to be more productive than the employees working at the office physically.
There are few Chinese call-center employees who focused that those who work at night ad evening shifts tend to prefer work from home or remote working (Bentley, 2012). It becomes difficult for woman and man to work at night amidst unsuitable circumstances. The tele communicationsector will suffer a productivity crisis as a result of this. The operations held at evening and night often is tiresome. It provides and relies on the insight into the potential use of telework during day times. Also, it allows managers to address the elements that must be in place to utilize telework successfully at night. With constant support from engineer, technician and management practice, telecommunication sector may rise adhering to the public policies aimed at increasing information security and well-fare of employees. In Hong Kong, the large disparity between regular and remote telework suggests that, in addition to security, data storage, technical requirements there are significant non-technical barriers to telework exist in the regional areas. There are employees and staff who could perform work from home but chose not to opt. Sometimes, employees eared of being 'stigmatized'. The ignorance to perform remotely was due to a lack of a suitable working environment at home that affected the productivity (Dix and Beale, 2012).
2.2 Current literary review
Productive and performance gains from teleworking in the COVID-19 crisis and post COVID era
The article draws heavily on existing evidence to discuss the potential role of work from home and how it can lead to advance work process. It focuses on promoting widespread focus on welfare-improving telework in the sectors of Hong Kong. It is important to address the prevalence of telework before to COVID-19 in order to assess the potential for greater usage of telework following the crisis (Hao et al. 2020). Second, it analyses how regulations might maximize the potential benefits of more telework for businesses and people. Successfully and briefly explores the relationship between telecommuting and performance and highlights the policy difficulties that must be addressed.A greater usage of telework can have a variety of effects on company performance and stakeholder's (internal) performance and well-being. Apart from ICT skills, government in post COVID era need to make policies that are critical in enabling organizations and people to profit from the numerous opportunities presented by the increasingly widespread usage of telework (Wong et al. 2020).
In Hong Kong, telework may boost company performance by increasing worker happiness and hence worker efficiency using remuneration, benefits and bonus. This will help to improve work-life balance with fewer interruptions, resulting in more focused work or lower absenteeism in workplace (Vyas and Butakhieo, 2021). It is important to address how conceivable that workers' satisfaction is and if there are ways the worker may suffer as a result of telework. Managers need to have knowledge owing to loneliness, concealed overtime, sickness and a fusion of private and work life. Transparency plays an important role where communication is the key between manager and employee. It is important for employee to address issues regarding improper working environment at home to the manager so that alternative solutions could be found. Using existing data back up and storage idea that telework can improve worker efficiency under the management's control. Also, the telecommunication sector intends to enhance innovation that intensities trust-based work practices amongstakeholders.A complete move to remote working means a significant decrease in trade prices for services faced by enterprises, increasing their capacity to rely on a worldwide talent pool, ranging from call-center employees to expert engineers, technicians, staff and managers (Wong et al. 2020). Furthermore, if increased worker satisfaction lowers voluntary quits and turnover, hiring expenses may be reduced. It was important for the telecommunication sector to preserve and developed once physical separation is lifted. It was necessary to identify the loops and strategically confine them to maximize the productivity and welfare. The sector amended the loops with advantages inherent in more widespread telecommuting using support from governments. The role and responsibility also shifted to managerial positions enhancing the ability of enterprises and workers to telework, as well as address possible concerns for employees.
2. 3 Gap Analysis
Amidst the COVID 19, remote employment will be able to minimize the spread of sickness, allow faster operations, develop stakeholder engagement, savingmoney and safeguarding employees and staff's public health. During the COVID-19, health care requirements spurred and urged to implement a remote work paradigm for all employees in order to restrict the spread of the coronavirus that altered the regular working procedures. The previous literary review focused only on effectiveness of work from home and current literary reviews addressed is procedure, process and protocols. But it is important to assess the efficacy of communication technology and remote work in Hong Kong and how it can be modified as per present situation of the workforce, and projections for the future of remote work possibilities by limiting risks. HongKong and its private and public policies and collaboration among social partners remained critical to ensuring that the welfare-improving working practices that emerged during the crisis.

5.1 Cross-border employee engagement in telemarketing sector
The supply of complementary infrastructure, such as healthcare, should be reconsidered. With the increased telework, the sector need not result in a reduction in company-supplied healthcare.Instead, quality care needs to be provided closer to home for all its employees and managers. Increased telework without accompanying initiatives to strengthen supported infrastructure may raise the strain, particularly on women, of conflicting work and require attention.Telemarketing sector of Hong Kong need to comply with bilateral tax agreements, that will not only address regional connectivity but also facilitate cross-border working with other countries (neighbouring or international). Allowing proper transformation in workplace will increase the effective skill, services and activities and supply to firms and people. However, amidst, the crisis, the sector needs to make few adjustments that are required to accommodate the particular situations of cross-border employees. It is company's responsibility to provide employees, staff and managers with terms of benefits and quality health care. The crisis since 2020 is causing a cultural shift in the allocation of care responsibilities, as women, who are disproportionately involved in these chores, and employed in critical professions, forcing spouses to step in. Smart workplace management: Smarter workplaces can be cost effective and bring healthier environments for the employees and this is also connected with predictive and automated maintenance routines where machine learning enabled algorithms play a major part. The workplaces with smart technologies ensure productive workplaces where collaborative and focused action support can be channelized effectively. Effective deployment of the digital workplace technology becomes supportive to maintain costs, generate alignment with finance and other departments and strongly associate with the appropriate operations. One benefit for the employees is associated with continuous exploration of planning and productivity enhancement.
Integrated leadership and strong management: After this pandemic, the companies have learned about current workplace planning which will provide them with standard production guidelines, maintain employee specific requirements and generate supportive indications to follow market trends. In this segment integrated leadership can channelize and address holistic planning to create better strategic orientations. Strong management can effectively help to present better IT infrastructure and evaluate any gap between current work system planning. The overall considerations in this segment address different long-term requirements and consider supportive engagement so that possible future work directions can be maintained.
Engage with prioritized and staffed deployment plan: With strong technology and different human resource planning, it is highly appropriate to consider business specified objectives which can be the future proof of several developments. These developments can generate fastest changes and talent, physical security and finance management become highly effective.
Chapter 7: Reflective statement, Project Limitation & Consideration of Alternative Research Methodologies
After concluding the research, I have gathered immense knowledge about the entire study and it has created a major insight towards workplace transformation as Covid-19 pandemic becomes a challenging time for the different organizations. It has seen that some of the major forces drive the workplace change and human experiences also evolved with the circumstances (Ouet al. 2022). In my opinion, to make the work process all the more effective for the employees it has seen that some modifications become a major part of the research and this context generates several changes. A wide range of forces like economic, ethical and behavioural have shifted the employee expectations around the workplace and this has generated some key approaches which can be effective and proper. For the telecommunication workers, hybrid work solutions have been projected so that proper action directions and managing the supportive approaches by generating and creating standard action approaches can be maintained well (Fonget al. 2021). I have also gathered knowledge from the research that digital work solutions become one of the most significant aspects that structure potential work directions and skilfully maintain the employees to get into this new work phrase. In order to maintain appropriate productivity gain, it is highly supportive to consider flexibility of the workers and process with the different action approaches which can provide major support to the workplace.
In this context, consideration of case study analysis can be presented where different telecommunication companies and their work transformations can be stated and presented.
Concurrently, I have seen from this particular research that emphasizing on the work system planning and generating an environment for the employees can create major support where the entire plan can be just ‘fit for purpose'. My ideas here are also connected with a smart workplace and understanding about the employees' opinion and from the analysis after gathering data I have come to know that employees are slowly adopting the new workplace technique. The limitation of this research can be generated from not analysing secondary data and it can create challenges regarding not generating appropriate support specific direction as this data will help to judge different books, articles and journals to present workplace transformations during this Covid-19 pandemic.
This workplace transformation also slows increased optimization of data and information from different sources so that improved workplace management can become possible (Ng, 2022). Here, one thing is quite prominent which is employee expectations and learning from the new environment of the workplace so that helpful directions in creating necessary action pathways get maintained. To my mind, changes in the workplace after a pandemic can bring different other innovative approaches to initiate future growth.
