BuyMe is a share and stock trading agency, which sells shares and stocks of various companies to its customers. The head office of BuyMe is located in London. The company was traditionally using old file system to maintain their database, but due to technological advancements and lack of capturing the market, they must expand their setup. In addition to London, they recently opened two more offices in Washington and Tokyo. Assume they hire you as a technical consultant for replacing the old-fashioned file system with new database system. You are required to design, build and implement (ERD, Use Case, SQL) a database system based on the following scenario:

The company deals with 5 stock exchanges. USA based exchanges include New York and Nasdaq; Asian based exchanges include Tokyo and Shanghai; Europe based exchanges include London stock exchange. USA market deals with Starbucks Corporation (SBUX), NXP Semiconductors (NXPI), Facebook (FB), Stitch Fix (SFIX), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), Berkshire Hathaway (BRK), and Apple (AAPL). European market deals with NVS Novartis AG, HSBC (HSBC), Unilever (UL), Total SA (ToT), SAP SE (SAP), BP PLC (BP), APPLE (AAPL), and Vodafone (VoD). Asian market deals with AliBaba (BABA), ToyotaMotors (TM), BAIDU (BIDU), and APPLE (APPL). The price of each share is maintained as current price where a time/date object is associated with each change. We assume the price for a share/stock is fixed for 24 hrs (i.e. changes after 24 hrs).

In each office, the company has one receptionist, whose duties include greeting the customers and booking their appointment (with brokers). The customers can book their appointments either online/phone or in person. The company intend to use online system where customers can buy real-time shares online; however, at present, they prefer continuing the same process where a customer can buy shares using the brokers only.

The company have various brokers, who assist customers in their queries and transactions. The system will have the broker details where each broker has different levels namely bronze, silver and gold. There are total 6 brokers, where 2 deals with London and 4 with rest of the destinations (association). The broker's level is determined based on the number of bookings, where if a broker have (equal or) more than 15 bookings, it is categorized as Gold, more than 10 but less than 15 as Silver, and Bronze otherwise. These brokers give recommendations to customers to buy some specific packages; where customers have right to accept/reject them.

The company practice various security protocols, such as antivirus and firewall, which are handled by an IT practitioner. The company also hire a security guard in each office to safeguard the office. There is a technical consultant, who deals with prediction modelling and they will develop a prediction system in future.

Each office got a CTO, who keep an eye over the total stock sold and loss/gain. Customer cannot directly interact with CTO. Henry, the company CEO, resides in London office and manages the overall profit of the company.

Part A - Queries

Question 4. Find broker who has maximum number of appointments.

Question 5. Find customer which booked the maximum number of appointments.

Question 6. Show all UK stocks having price higher than average for Asian market today.

Question 7. Show all stocks having price higher than average for USA market today.

Question 8. Update the price for all APPLE shares (Assuming there is a price change to 1000$).

Question 9. Show average price of Asian shares which are higher than Average of European shares For Gold brokers.

Question 10. Find an Asian stock having price which is higher than average of Asian and European stock but less than average of USA stock.

Part B - Trigger

Question - Create a trigger, which places the customers that have been deleted into a customer table. This allows records to be maintained while improving query times for existing customers.
